Once your order is successfully submitted, we will ship your order the following business day.
It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info via email.
Standard Shipping: 10-25 days for delivery.
Express Shipping: 3-7 days for delivery.
Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.
Kindly note that the estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors out of our control.
These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
At ESQUKI we understand the need for discretion. The package will be plain and no logo or our name outside.
You can track your order by entering your tracking number on our "Track Order" page.
Your tracking number will be located in your shipment confirmation email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update. We will also notify you via email along the way with updates.

Express Shipping: $20.99; 3-7 business days.

We select the best carriers for your country including Fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, and more.
Please note that although shipping is free, you may be subject to, but not limited to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes,
which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.
If you wish to make a change in your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter.
In the event we are unable to process the address change directly on our system, usually because the package has already been shipped,
we will need contact our courier to make any modifications to the delivery address. Kindly observe, this process will delay the delivery time;
ESQUKI is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change request by the customer.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 5-20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise - many countries such as the US have no customs fees for under $500, but some countries in Europe or Asia have lower threasholds. This is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. ESQUKI cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels - and still in the same new condition as when you received.
Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.
ESQUKI does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless being returned due to damages or malfunction.

First I want to apologize for the inconvenience. Pls email contact@esquki.com asap with your order number and the item number that you did not receive and if you can photo the product you received. Our team will take the issue for your right away.
Discount links and promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Limit one discount link per order. Discounts are not valid on reduced and clearance items that have a posted price reduction.
